Online audio file not working

Ok I already send one support request. Here I also try to clear problem.

1. I want to add online music without upload music in my WordPress. For example: I want to add one online music like : https://yourlisten.com/player/director/17112476.mp3/

For that I am following some steps like : Upload track> From URL> Use this track ( https://prntscr.com/3c9dnx)

2. Here I see music already added. But problem is that its not playing.

When I click on play option its playing but no sound

So what kind of problem it is. If you need admin detail I also want to provide that, I like your plugin very much so do something for me.
