Ongoing Support

  • Hi Thom,
    Great plugin thanks you!

    Just a question, I am developing a project for a client and your plugin works perfectly for their needs. They have expressed concern that it will be supported into the future in respect of ongoing WP updates.

    It would be a key element of the project, so I know you are busy with your jobs and life in general, would you be able to offer paid time in case of any issues with their project?

    There’s not much danger of any WP updates breaking File Away, but yes. I provide paid support on occasion as needs arise and as I’m able.

    Thanks Thom, appreciate that.

    I will be running a duplicate test site when the actual site is live so will be testing upcoming major WP updates before release on that first so will have plenty of time to spot any potential issues.

    Most of the site works using my own private plugin developed for this project but your plugin provides the extra bit of magic on the front end, and really by far the best method that exists.

    I will be sending you a donation to support your brilliant work when we go live!
