• Dear Support Team,

Unfortunately, I am still experiencing the issue with the error message “Missing Database Tables.” Even after following the provided instructions to resolve the issue by changing iawp_db_version to 0 and saving, the problem persists.

Could you please assist me in finding a solution? How can we fix this issue?

Thank you in advance for your help.

    Best regards,
    Daniel

    Hi Daniel,

Did you get this warning for a new installation?

In the wp_options table, you can delete the option called iawp_missing_tables as well. Then, IA is going to see that the DB version is 0 and it will recreate the tables from scratch. If you have existing data you want to keep, please let me know and I can help with an alternative solution.

    Hi Ben,

Yes, I tried deleting iawp_missing_tables and all other iawp options from the wp_options table, but unfortunately, it didn’t help.

I also completely removed the plugin and reinstalled it. However, as soon as I activate it, I get critical errors. The website itself continues to function normally, but the plugin doesn’t seem to work.

How can we resolve this issue?

    Best regards,
    Daniel

    Daniel,

Can you reach out to [email protected]? We will figure out what’s going on, but I’ll need to ask for more info about your site that isn’t appropriate to share in the public forum.
