Ongoing events, another take

Hi Eran,

I recently helped the Swedish Chess Federation (www.schack.se) convert their site to WordPress and they had one specific request regarding your plugin: they wanted two calendar widgets in the sidebar, one for Upcoming events (begins tomorrow or later) and one for Ongoing (begun today or earlier, ends today or later). An event should be listed in one of these widgets but never in both.

I should also mention that multiday events are quite common in the chess world.

I could not find a way to achieve this with the [eventlist] shortcode parameters so I ended up patching your code to add an “ongoing” true/false parameter.

First question is if I missed something – could I have achieved the same effect w/o going into the code? And second, are you interested in adding this feature? I will mail you my edits separately.
