    Hi again, Jordy. An amazing plugin and will definitely be going for the ‘Pro’ option!

    Question: the chatbot has no issues remembering the context of a conversation…until the page is refreshed! Then it starts from stupid again. Is this an OpenAI issue? I used the API in the shortcode so I was hoping the context would stay current even after a refresh but, no.

    Hi,

    There are no such thing as remembering the conversation yet with any API model ?? Basically, the whole conversation needs to be sent every time, so it’s not an issue. In the case of ChatGPT, it records the conversations so that you can continue them, but that’s specific. I could do this with AI Engine in the future, but we would need to decide when and how to keep the conversations over multiple reloads (dependent on the user? session? IP Address? until when? where it is kept, in the local storage of the browser? the server? etc).
