onepress Theme: Image copping problems

    Hi!
    I want to use the onepress Theme but my problem is that the images I uploaded as thumbnails in the page for the about us-section is cropped to 640×300 automatically and as I have only ONE element for this section it is not wide enough and the heads are cut away…
    I am not sure where I can find the code-piece to change this.
    Any idea?
