• Hi there,

I have a WordPress site with OnePress free : this morning, everything was working ok.
But tonight, as I connected again to make a few changes, I saw that all Onepress settings were lost, and back to the demo data.
Besides, some of the pages I use in OnePress lost their titles and content.

I did absolutely notghing in between. My website is not public yet and I have a backup. But have you any idea about what happened ? I would not want that to happen again !

Where are these OnePress options stored ?

    Thanks for any clues.

  • Hi there,

We really don’t have any clues in this case. Are you sure no one login your site and change it ?

Btw, all OnePress options is stored in wp_options table.

    Hi congthien,
Thanks for your reply. This is a complete mystery :
Twice I re-installed the site online from a local Duplicator archive : the local version is ok, the online version displays Onepress demo data. I check the database : all the correct information is stored in the theme_mods_onepress field
–> OnePress seems to not retrieve these data.

I can’t understand why the local version is ok, though.
    I changed the passwords.

Hope you can help me with this ?
    Best regards
