Hover color of font-awsome icon is not the same as non-hover color

Hi guys,

I have a problem that is very simple for you but not so simple for me. When I hover with my mouse pointer over any fa-circle-thin icon it becomes dark gray. How can I change it in CSS to a blue (hexadecimal) color that I want? As usual, thank you in advance.
