    The job archives the site just fine, it creates temp folders in onedrive but it times out. I have another instance of BackWPup on another site going to the same one drive with the same settings that works fine.

    Thank you for your reply, I submitted a ticket on 12/3 but i havnt heard back. What is strange is it seems to be working every other day.

    I am so sorry, but I couldn’t find a ticket from you from that date.
    Maybe something went wrong with the message delivery. ??

    Since this message in your log is not exclusive to any features of our Pro version, I might as well leave you with a link to our documentation here.
    This message can happen for example when the server has increased network activity or load in general. It should be a sporadic thing at most and only happen from time to time.
    Please keep an eye on it and let us know if this continuously persists.
