one wp menu for multiple seperate sites

    Im after using my wordpress menu across multiple seperate installs of wordpress. It uses the role navigation on top of this. Basically I need my menu to be the same for all sites.

    could I export my menu and import to all other sites by seting up a cron job to update all other menus?

    What is the best way to do this? Or manage it?
