one user, two memberships

    I sell online courses, and I have 2+ different courses.
    For example, A, B, and C.

    How can one user gradually subscribe to A, B, and C?
    Or how can a user be enrolled in A and B at the same time?
    Then the problem is that those three courses have different expiry dates (A: 6 months, B: 1 months, C: 1 month)

    I watched the webminar with Justin (I believe) about multi level user, but I did not understand it.

    First, is this possible?
    Second, how can this be implemented?
