One user has more courses how?

In Simple membership, I have arranged several courses. There is a problem that a person would apply for more courses, but I can not get it because she does not allow the same email address to be re-registered. Is this a case? Unfortunately, there is no other email address, and the user does not want to do another. How to get around this problem?
