One User / Add Multiple Records

  • Hi there,
    Hope you are well.

    Is there a way or an add-on that allows a user to register and add multiple records under their User Profile? They can log in again and edit / add more records under their profile? Currently, only one email/user can add only one record.

    Let me know if this is possible. And how ??
