One Trial Per User

Hello,

I am looking to have a paid membership and a free membership, however, I worry that those signing up for the paid membership will simply switch onto free and reactivate paid as he/she pleases. Is there any option available to only allow one trial period per user? And as a follow up, is there a method for an old paid member to come back and start with an immediate subscription fee? Thank you!
