One strange problem in posting new post

  • Hello all,

    I have a strange problem in my wordpress.I will explain in steps so it is easy to understand.

    1. I go to add new post and put the post in the text area.
    2.Select the category and tags.
    3.After when i click publish the mozzila firefox browser page shows loading…
    4.After sometime it says connection timeout or there comes a download box saying download “post.php”
    5.And ends in page cannot be displayed.
    6.When i refresh the page it shows the post in published list.But when i open the post it shows only half of the post content rest content is not saved within the post.

    This problem has been occurred to me very first time.I asked to one of my friends he said clear cookies and try.I tried doing that also used new browser to put on new post but it again does same this in that browser also.

    What could be the possible problem.Is it something related to database that database is not accepting the data or it is full.Becaus my other sites on same database server are working very fine.

    Please help me with this strange issue.

    do you got privete responses for your request?

    Currently a user of a blog seem to have the same effects you described here and he would be very happy, if someone could solve it quickly.

    Try deactivating all plugins. If that doesn’t work, switch to the default theme and see if that helps.
