One step picture upload

Hello

When I drag and drop a picture on the media uploader, I get the options window with all the settings I can mess with (text align, picture name, picture size etc..). The thing is, I always use the default settings so this screen is completely useless to me.

Basically, all I need is to drag and drop the picture with its default settings through one single step. Is there a way to achieve this via functions.php?
