• When it works, Happy Addons for Elementor is great – it does everything you need it to do, and many things you probably didn’t think were possible when integrated with Elementor.

    However…

Occasionally, as you’ll note from other posts in the support forum, Happy Addons for Elementor will crash your website with a critical error, and when it does your only option is to deactivate it – which means a lot of your website’s key functions (including menus) will no longer work.

Just imagine: your website without navigation to your product pages.

That’s where my client is at right now – a great-looking website that has been rendered useless because Happy Addons for Elementor no longer works.

We contacted Happy Addons for Elementor’s support yesterday. A full business day later … not even an acknowledgement that they’re looking into the issue.

    As a result: a ? rating.

We’re now on day three of waiting for any acknowledgement of an issue. The “Happy” people have a chatbot “function” on their website, but after you enter the information it essentially tells you that there’s nobody home and they’ll contact you via email.

Three days. Not even a peep from these guys.
