one specific notification not working

    we have set up a bunch of notifications around adding users and resetting passwords etc.

    All of these work great.

    However, when trying to set up a notification for the user to receive when their password is changed, nothing is sending.
    Notification is enabled and the test email works perfectly – it just doesn’t work when a user actually changes their password

    Thanks for your message.

    I have just tested the email changed notifications but they appear to work as expected for me.
    Can you confirm that you have tested all three:

    • User Email Changed Confirmation – For User
    • User Email Changed – For Admin
    • User Email Changed – For User

    To clarify functionality: the first ‘confirmation’ email is the one that sends to the user after the change their email address but still need to confirm the change. The other two notifiations won’t send until this has been done.
