one site, two themes, one payment gateway

Hi
We use two wordpress themes. one theme is installed on one wordpress instance in bluehost.
We have created a sub domain for the other wordpress theme. now i want to install another wordpress instance which shared the same payment gateway and some pages.

To do this do i need to install the second wordpress instance in the same database? How can I do this. please help me
