One set of images not loading from CDN

Hi @luckychingi : I just now uninstalled the plugin, restarted my server, and then reinstalled it. Somehow, it remembered all my older settings, including my Donation ID. All I had to do was activate the cdn.thekokuin.com. However, the same problem remains after reinstalling. Hi @luckychingi : This is a shop site that has many pages. As my original post described, the plugin appears to not load only some of the images on one page: https://www.thekokuin.com/shop/ . Neither of the two tests that you posted is for the page that the plugin fails to load images from the CDN.

Even for the test that you posted, if you see which files are being loaded via CDN, you will see that the images are not: https://webpagetest.org/performance_optimization.php?test=201001_DiBY_71121ad57c63a652297706b28bbb51fe&run=2#use_of_cdn . This is the same test that you tried, showing the details.

That is what confuses me too. Why is it not loading cnd images for a particular page only ??

Anyways, are you using any image optimization plugin?

@luckychingi : it is not only one page. It seems to be a subset of the images in the library. Whatever page they appear on, they are not loaded from the CDN.

I use the popular Imagify plugin to compress them as they are uploaded. But no delivery cache plug-in.

The src is fine, the srcset is not being updated

I tested with some other websites and the srcset show the cdn url. I will check why this happening on a particular site

Getting close, the srcset for woocommerce product images aren’t being replaced.

Thank you for the quick responses. I upgraded to 1.5.7 and it did not fix the issue. So I uninstalled the plugin, restarted the server, and reinstalled the plugin. That still did not resolve the problem. I dug in a little more into the source code for various pages to see if it has to do with specific images alone, because that may indicate some other issue. But that is not the case.

For example, on https://www.thekokuin.com/ the srcset for the image wp-content/uploads/2020/08/IMG_7982-348×232.jpg is all being served from the CDN. But on all pages that are not the frontpage, the issue persists. See the source code for:

Can you also check using the default Cloudfront domain instead of cdn.thekokuin.com?

I checked using the default Cloudfront domain now. See the source of the same URLs above. The issue is identical, using IMG_7982-348-232.jpg as an example. On the front page, all looks fine. But the CDN is not used for the srcset on any of the sub pages. On the front page, the error occurs only for one image: /wp-content/uploads/2020/01/KokuinIcon-512×512-1.png.
