I offer one service. It can be via Zoom. Or Face2Face. That can be seen as two services. There is only one of me, so I cannot have both a Zoom and a Face2Face concurrently. It is either Zoom or Face2Face.

How can I configure these appointment times?

    • 8:30 AM – 9:30 AM (Zoom or Face2Face)
    • 10AM – 1:pm (Face2Face only)
    • 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM (Zoom Only)

Clients need to know that if they are booking at a certain time, that will determine whether it is a Zoom or Face2Face appointment.

The plugin is Appointment Hour Booking, Version 9.6.14 | By?CodePeople.net

    • Early morning bookings can be either Zoom or Face2Face.
    • Late morning bookings are Face2Face only.
    • Evening bookings are Zoom only.

Can you help me to learn how to configure this?

The plugin does not seem to work with two different calendars. Even with the addon activated, I cannot offer some times for Zoom and other times for Face2Face meetings.

I had hoped to use the dropdown to choose hich service the customer wanted, then see either the calendar for that service.

The hope of offering timeslots where either Face2Face or Zoom seems out of reach of this plugin. No help from The Code People for 24 hours.

    Anyone have any ideas?

    Hi,

A solution is to use two booking forms (one for the Zoom bookings and other for the face2face).

In the first form you will list the all the time-slots available for Face2Face.

In the second form you will list the all the time-slots available for Zoom.

There will be overlapping between the times defined in those two forms (the time-slots available for Face2Face and Zoom), for that reason you need to use the “Shared Availability between Calendars add-on”, this way if one of those times is booked in one of the forms then it will be removed also from the available times in the other booking form and you will avoid the double-booking.

You will need to publish both booking forms in the website and let the customer use one or other form based in the type of booking (Face2Face or Zoom).
