Hey,

I’ve an issue with one product, which is not shown in the category-overview on the front-end.

It is just 1out of 18 products in the same category. I regred, that I cannot provide a link to the product, since it is not avaiable to the public (its restricted to logged-in users).

I’ve provided you the link to the category called “Kosmetik-Kabinenware” in the URL-field here in the forum; logged-in-users on our website can see there 17 products in the category, and one product is missing. I’ve no idea, why just 1 of 18 is missing. The product is published, and it has the woocoomerce-status “verfügbar” (ger) (=”avaiable” in english?).

Thank you for contacting Woo support.

I understand you cannot share the link to the product because it is only available to registered users.
Could you edit the product and share screenshots of the edit screen?

For comparison, could edit another product that is appearing correctly on the category page and share the screenshots of that product?

Once I have this information, I will be able to compare the products and find out what is causing the issue.

Hello nyks-barton,

Thank you sharing screenshots.

This option appears to be set to Hidden.

Could you change this to “Shop and search results”?
Then save the product and check if it becomes visible.

OMG, how could I have missed that?!

I double-checked “status” and “visibility”, but did not recognised this setting.
