  • As this is likely an issue with your Theme, and you are using a Paid Theme that is not in the WordPress Theme Repository, you should be getting support (or your money back) from the theme’s maker, Elegant Themes.

    The problem that people here face with paid themes is not being able to look at their source code and/or test them ourselves.

    Jonradio is rigth, as this is a premium theme you need to seek support from the theme’s vendors.
