One post is missing comments section

Hello,

In my blog I have one post that is missing the comments options. https://www.dryfly.ca/blog/ , check out the post titled “Canadian Values”.

If I go into the admin | manage | posts, the “comments” column is blank for this post. All the other posts have a 0 or higher digit.

Is there an explanation for this?
