One post in slider is not using fonts/backgrounds configured

In addition, I chose align-left and full size, but the image is still in the center and pretty small. There is alot of white space.

It seems that the slide 3 does not have any font or styles in it. Are you using a dynamic slide (post generator)? I would suggest using the remove HTML filter (here is where to select it: https://imgur.com/VDBA3iJ )
But if you are using normal slides, please double check if the styles are set and appear in the slide editor. And if everything seems correct there, please send me an export of your slider to [email protected] (You can export the slider as an importable .ss3 file like this: https://doc.smartslider3.com/article/408-slider-options#export )

Your image problem will be the fill mode: https://doc.smartslider3.com/article/59-slider-size#fillmode
it seems your current setting is fit, which means that the image will be resized to “fit” into the slider, and that can result whitespace if the slider and the images have different dimensions. I would suggest changing the fill mode to fill instead.

Thanks for the quick reply. I’m using a dynamic slide. I set remove HTML, but the issue is still happening for that third slide (post).

I can still see html codes in that text. In the advanced generator functions:

there are two html removing filters, the Clean HTML, and the Remove HTML. The Clean HTML leaves the p, br and some other tags, so in case you used that, you should make sure, that the Remove HTML should be rather selected.

Also the background fill mode is still on fit. This option can be set up in two places. The first one, which globally changes it, what Ramona sent, in the slider settings, in the size tab:

Remove HTML short code was not being inserted into the layer settings with the insert button. I manually copy and pasted and it works. Thanks for your help.
