Just found this plugin. Is there a way with the free version to trigger a particular pop-up from a button on any page of the site? Or do I need to duplicate it for each page?

    Thanks.

    Hi @sam-lowry

Sorry for the delay in our response! Typically it’s less than two months, and I hope you could find a way to (temporarily) handle the scenario.

Here’s our recommendation on how to handle that case:

Option 1: Create the Popup Section, and once it’s ready Save it to the Library and enable the option “Save as Global“. Now you can manually insert that global Section into any page you want to use the Popup.
Tip: You can even add a Code Module inside that Section with JavaScript code to automatically open that Popup after a delay – you can find a sample code snippet in our blog, here https://divimode.com/how-to-display-a-popup-only-once-per-day/

Option 2: Use Divis Theme Builder and create the Popup Section in any Template part (Header, Body, Footer). You can have Popups in any of those places, and naturally, these Popups are available in all pages that use the specific Template.

Option 3: You can even combine both methods if you have multiple Theme-Templates. First, create a global Popup Section. Next, edit your templates and insert that global Popup into all of them. If you have the choice, I recommend putting them into the Footer.

I hope I could give you some insights on how to use the free plugin to create globally available Popup.

Please let us know if you have any other questions or need more help with creating that Popup ??

    Thanks, Philipp
