    Just getting started with Ultimate Member. I have one page of my member directory which does not display and does not give any indication as to why. Using the page navigation before and after the sixth page works. On the sixth page is my test account which I have been filling in UM extra fields. Is there a way to enable a debug mode to find out what is going on? I’ve tried clearing the cache in the app and browser.

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @grezes71

    There’s a fatal error when viewing page # 6. Are you able to check if there’s any PHP error log generated related to the Ultimate Member? You can ask your hosting provider to assist you with retrieving the error log. Paste it here so we can review it.

    I am trying to figure this one out. I had cimy extra fields enabled while I manually copied over the data from those extra fields into UM. I have emptied, deleted and removed the cimy extra fields plugin but when I refresh https://www.asdal.org/members/?page_e9d2d=6 I get the errors below. It is just one page.

    #0 /wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(305): cimy_update_ExtraFields(167)
    #1 /wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(327): WP_Hook->apply_filters(”, Array)

    I disabled the Filters checkbox in UM but that did not fix it.

    Never mind the previous “error” above. Something is causing a memory error. It only shows itself on the sixth page when using UM and there is an issue with the regular WP user pagination. I think there must be some bad data in a user’s data. Are they any special characters that give UM issues? We have international users.

    I have contacted my host and we increased the PHP memory limit but the issues with the sixth page gives these errors:

    20211201T191133: www.asdal.org/wordpress/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php

    mmap() failed: [12] Cannot allocate memory

    Hi @grezes71

    Could you please try decreasing the profiles displayed per page? Try changing it in the Member Directory settings to display only 5 profiles per page.

    Champ,

    Thank you for your suggestion. It helped narrow down the issue. It turns out there was a bad user account in the database. The account did not show up in WP’s users but it existed in the database. After removal, UM is working fine now.
