One Page Site with jQuery

    Hi

    I’m wanting to build a one page site on which you click on a menu item and that info appears (fades in) in the middle of the same screen.

    How would I go about this? Is there a jQuery plugin that would do this? Would I have to write the jQuery myself? What other options are there?

    It has to be able to include video, sound and gallery plugins.
