One-Page-Effect on second level

Hello!

I’m looking for a theme or plugin or just a solution for the following:

I love the one-page themes with the menu where you click on the link and it goes down or up to the page.
now I’m doing a website that has too much content for one-single page. thats why I would like to split it on about 4 “one-pages”, if you know what I mean.
Of course that is very easy, but the thing is that I would like to have a sidebar on every page (of these 4) that shows you where you are.

Basically I want two menus, one that is the big menu with the 4 pages and then a small menu that is different on every page, that is like a one-page-menu.
for example at the top is the big menu and on the right is a menu that shows you where you are on that page….

sorry for the confusion, I hope anyone gets what I want. If been searching through google and theme forest but couldn’t find anything yet..
