One page but two different sites

Hello everybody,
I hope I am askig the questions at the right place:
I have a signup (https://www.findinksa.com/signup/) and signin site (https://www.findinksa.com/signup/?action=login), both are going out from one wordpress page “Sign up your business” .
Where/how can i edit the white space at the bottom of the page https://www.findinksa.com/signup/?action=login??Because in https://www.findinksa.com/signup/?action=login I have white space under the footer which needs to be removed, so the whole main-content needs to be pulled down. Otherwise at https://www.findinksa.com/signup/ I need to remove some white space from the middle of the page to pull the whole content up. If possible to show this page including the footer but without scroll-bar/scrolling.
I hope I was clear enough.
First thing I need to know how can I make different adjustments at the two pages, though basically they both are one page?
