Hi! We have seven Google calendar feeds set up on our site but the “Athletics” one is not displaying. We recently moved our site to the live server, which is when the issue began. The feed does show on our dev site with all the same settings. Is there a server issue/setting that would cause one feed to not display over the others? The Athletics calendar is the largest one with the most events if that makes a difference. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Just an update to our issue. Our tech team deleted 12 years of past athletic events from their calendar. After this, the events page would either load a completely blank calendar or would not refresh at all. I cleared the cached calendar data but to no avail. I then turned legacy back on and the page began loading again and all but the Athletic calendar returned. I then turned off pre-cache calendars on a whim and now all calendars are loading correctly.

I feel like the main issue was the size of the Athletic calendar, but definitely some other factors going on that are above my head.

In any case it’s working now and I really appreciate you taking the time to help troubleshoot this matter. Excellent customer support!

Thanks for following up. It does sound to me like the caching was muddling the situation, which can often be the case. (The caching isn’t directly causing the problem, but because data is cached, it makes it more difficult to pinpoint exactly what’s happening.)

After a couple of days, it looks like the Athletic calendar is now only loading intermittently. Any suggestions to troubleshoot further or have we hit a wall? Thanks!

I’ll do a bit more investigation and see if I’m able to replicate the problem on my end. That’s usually the key to figuring out a solution, but sometimes there are specific factors I can’t recreate.
