One of the worst Costumer Support!

Elementor Pro has one of the worst customer support!

I have tried 23 times by Email and 3 times by phone (Calling from Switzerland to the US) to get a response to issues on accessing the Elementor webpage and evaluate / activate my purchase. Nothing has been resolved, the Answers i got were clearly from a Bot. They do not care at all! one department pushes you to the other, to get support. When they tell you that they will reach out to you and let you know, in reality means that you never gona here from them. I submitted at leas 12 tickets, and hat mostly the same respond, we need a confirmation of your purchase, althru they have recieved it 21 times by Emai! Mi judge of Elementors support, it is shit.
