• It has worked great for few months, but now on some websites, the new version dosen’t stop disconnecting my Pinterest Tag !!! And it has been few weeks now that there is this problem !!! In consequence this has made me lose money and optimization on my campaign ! If you find a better plugin in another place, please use this another plugin and not this one !

    Sorry to hear about your issues.
    I reviewed your profile and any support threads you have created and couldn’t find any topics, where you have requested for help with your issues with Pinterest For WooCommerce. It’s not clear why you say disconnecting frequently, although you haven’t requested for help in the forums. Documentation for the extension is available?here.?

    Hello, I already found a solution (by using old version 1.3.25), but I want to point the fact that I and also a lot of others peoples have the same problem since almost 1 month, and that in 1 month the problem was not fixed. This is not serious. With this plugin I lose more time than I won.

    Hey there @abecedairesunion ,

    Thanks for working around your issue with using the older version. A little background, sorry if this was already mentioned somewhere: the last release was forced by Pinterest API change to V5. This forced a complete revamp of the plugins backend. We did our best to ensure a smooth transition for every merchant. As you can clearly see from the forum threads, there are some cases where the new backend fails for some users. You are in the unfortunate group, for which I am sorry. Staying on the old version of the plugin is also not an option because the old Pinterest API may soon be disabled – this will not happen soon, we are just making sure that we are ready when it will happen. This bug that has been there for some users is on a high priority for us as well, and we are working to ensure this is resolved completely in the upcoming release.

    I have an even worse problem : For somes website, it’s seems that the new version works … but then suddenly, it disconnect itself after few days working perfectly ! This is horrible. You suspect nothing then you have a broken optimization because of this ! Even if you have the new version working perfectly if you read this go back to the previous version because one day you will have problem and you will break you optimization
