    Hi,

    We’re using Event Planner and encountering a frustrating bug.

    Everything is working terrifically, except one of the registration form fields is not saving data. The field is a radio button and is marked as required, however, when the user advances to the registration confirmation screen, their choice is not saved: it is not shown to the user in their confirmation, nor is it saved in the back end.

    I’ve tried re-creating both the question and the form and this issue persists, I’d really appreciate assistance. You can also reach me at [email protected], and I’m glad to provide screenshots and any other info.

    We reinstalled the plugin and are still experiencing the same issue. As well, reports are not working (outputting garbled spreadsheets). Glad to provide more info and screenshots, you can reach me at [email protected].
