One of the best support teams, and products!

Prevent Direct Access is well designed and seriously makes life super easy. If you are even slightly on the fence about securing your media files, specifically PDFs. Please do yourself a favor and buy this company’s product.

I’ve worked with a few companies that use AWS for expiring links and Prevent Direct Access is by far, the most streamlined easy-to-use program I have ever experienced! Hands down! The GUI is well built, easy to understand while still having all the options you could want/need. They even allow you to use your pre-existing PDF viewer and do not lock you into their system. They give you the option to use their pdf viewer, however many of us get used to using our own system, and PDA understands that. Not only do they allow you to use your own system they encourage it with their “find and replace link” feature, which will find all your embedded media files and replace them with secure s3 links, saving you an immense amount of time if you already have a well-established website.

Now the product isn’t even the reason I’m writing this review. I had some issues setting up the link between their plugin and my AWS bucket. I couldn’t figure out what was going on. So I reached out to Prevent Direct Access, through their convenient chat feature on their website. I live in the US eastern time zone and this company is exactly 12 hours ahead of me. So my day is their late night, early mornings. I reached out at about 11 am my time, which means 11 pm their time. I was connected with a tech support person right away who was super friendly and understanding of my issues and helped me as much as they could that evening. They worked with me into their early morning around 1 am. They are a dedicated friendly staff whom I would gladly do business with again.

Even after fixing the issue that I was having, I was able to reach out to them again with a problem that I created and they without hesitation helped me with it.

Please give this company your patronage, with so many companies being greedy and having horrible products and worse tech support teams. Prevent Direct Access truly stands out from the rest.
