One of the badges on my blog, Foodies100, isn’t updating.

  • My Foodies100 badge hasn’t updated since April, even though my ranking with them has been (it’s different every month). I tried reinstalling the badge, it’s currently installed in Custom HMTL rather than Text widget, the top of my page shows ‘caching’ and I’ve clicked ‘purge all’ and ‘purge this page’ several times, but nothing’s worked.
    It was working fine, though I did have to wait a day or 2 for it to update, until April.
    Jetpack can’t seem to help, nor can Foodies100 (they say all looks fine from their end). Please please help!

    What is the custom HTML you’re using?

    It just says ‘arbitrary custom code’. I only used it because of the following message that’s suddenly appeared at the top of every widget I’ve got installed: This widget may contain code that may work better in the new “Custom HTML” widget. How about trying that widget instead?
    I normally use a plain Text widget.

    Try deactivating all your plugins to explore whether any could be responsible. If none are, with all plugins deactivated try switching to the Twenty Seventeen theme to explore whether it’s an issue with your theme.
