ONE location is not showing

  • Only one location is not showing, I have tried changing categories, creating a new location, redoing the location, nothing.

    Location: Conway. If I look by zip code, it will show in the list, if I look by name “Conway” it says nothing found but I know it’s there!

    Please help!

    Conway is the name of the town / city, or the title of the location?

    If it’s the title then it won’t show up since name search is unfortunately not support at the moment.

    Thank you Tijmen for your quick answer. Yes Conway is the name of the city but… other cities can be found?… It looks likes it works with some cities and not with others… Try Boca Raton? it shows offices in Boca and surrounding areas?

    I tried with Dr Phillips (https://screencast.com/t/Jl2gg5WI) and it seems to recognize any location with those words in it. If I try Orlando, I will find my missing location Conway. If i search for “Hoffner Ave” then I see Conway, but if I search only for “Hoffner” or “Conway” I get nothing.

    Conway exists in more than one state in the US, so you will have to include the state name when you search for it.

    Or you can enable the autocomplete option on the settings page, this will provide the users with a list where Conway exists, so it’s clear for them in which state the search is made.
