One image using ConditionalTags

    The banner below the menu, smallbanner.jpg. Here’s what I’m wanting to do:

    Show that banner only on the Home page OR show it on all pages except for https://www.RockItPro.com/sf-forum

    On the forum page, see how the image is overlapping it? I’ve read about Conditional_Tags but I’m a noob when it comes to php and my web designer isn’t around right now. He placed the img code for the banner in the header.php so when I remove the img code, there’s still a big blank space on the site where the banner was. Any idea what he did to put that space there? And what file exactly should I edit to show the image on the Home page only or take out the image on the forum page?

    Edit: When I put in the is_home function where the image code is placed in the header.php, it messes up my Home page, the right menu goes to the very bottom, the whole page turns a blue background, but all my other pages look fine.
