one image only

It looks like the image sizes are being set by some CSS:

#null-instagram-feed-2 li {
  float: left;
  width: 49px;
  margin-right: 2px;
  margin-bottom: 2px;
}

This can be found on line 791 of https://andreatodaro.com/index/wp-content/themes/elastico/style.css

You need to adjust the value for the width. To take the full width of your sidebar you need to set it to 100% or 220px.
