I can not make the slide look properly. Right now all the images are seen in succession, one below the other. I have not done anything other than update the wp.

I appreciate your help, since I have tried several solutions that I have read in different tutorials but nothing has solved the problem.

    Best regards,

    Hi @itxaso!

The problem on your site is, that our cache files aren’t called in. The html structure of your site seems to be fine, so it rather looks like as if there would be an issue at the header or footer (1st possible issue here):
    https://smartslider3.helpscoutdocs.com/article/1129-images-are-displaying-in-a-list—wordpress#missing
But if it worked before that should be fine now too. Do you have some cache on your website? I can’t see a caching plugin used, but a server cache could mess up your code if that isn’t cleared.

Another thing I can think of if you have a plugin, which modifies the html code of your website, so you could try to turn off your plugins to see if one of them is the cause.

If nothing works, please rather write to us to [email protected] and we will help to figure out what’s going on!

Hello Gabor, I appreciate your help and tried to follow the instructions, but nothing is working for me.

I have seen some red code in the source in relation to the RSS and I have deleted it but the error persists.

I have disabled all the plugins and the error persists.

I have gone from one to the other, testing the list that you sent me and the problem persists. I had done it before but I checked it again.

I have also installed a plugin to eliminate the cache and the problem persists.

I do not know if there is anything else I can prove. I admit that my profile is not very technical and I may have missed something.

Thank you very much for your help

    Hi @itxaso

Have you also checked the theme to ensure that the wp_head() and wp_footer() functions are present? In most cases, this causes the problem.

If you checked it and it’s fine, please open a support ticket: https://smartslider3.com/contact-us/
so that we could get more insight on the issue. Please refer to this topic in your when you submit the ticket.
