One H1 per story or per page?

    Hi!

    I wonder if you recommend using one H1 per story. Or one H1 for every page in the story?

    Hi there,

    For Google it doesn’t actually matter how many H1 tags there are on a page (be it a story or anotherr web page). So we can’t really recommend one or the other.

    Right now the Web Stories plugin does not output any H1 tags (but we’re considering it) and that’s totally fine too!

    In short, I wouldn’t really worry about it.

    Hmm, actually I do see the H tags in my plugin editor? But do you recommend I keep all my text as paragraph instead?

    Are you referring to this section here?

    Those are actually just style presets. On the frontend, they always use <p> tags. So from a semantics perspective it doesn’t matter which one you choose.
