One form works while another doesn’t

    I have two forms on a site using this plugin. One functions just fine however the other is completely unresponsive. It doesn’t e-mail submissions or give the user a Message Sent response. When trying to submit while leaving required fields blank, there’s no error message about that wither. The other form on the site does these things just fine.

    The form that isn’t working does have very many fields. Could this e tied to the issue? Could it have something to do with the version of WordPress on the site (4.8.3)?
