One font doesn’t download

    Hi!
    I installed your plugin. After following instructions, what happened:

    It detected 4 fonts:
    The two fonts that are allways present (open type and so on)
    Lato
    Slabo 27px.

    Then even when I ticked for the download of the two fonts I needed, only lato got downloaded and cached.

    Do you have a way to fix this or some fonts actually are not able to be downloaded?

    Hi!

    Were you getting any errors while the fonts were being downloaded?

    Please open your console and run the entire process again. If you see any errors, post them here.

    First of all thanks for your help.

    I reinstalled the plugin. Followed the instructions.
    It shows:

    Available subsets
    Open Sans
    latin latin-ext
    Noto Serif
    latin
    Lato
    latin
    Slabo 27px
    latin
    Available fonts
    Font Family Font Style Font Weight Preload? *
    Lato
    normal
    700

    remove
    * Only the woff2 format is preloaded, since this format is widely supported by Modern Browsers which support preload.
    Clean Queue Empty Cache Directory
    ———————–

    It finds 4 fonts. The tick is ste for lato and slabo 27px.
    But it only actually checks for download lato. No errors.

    I thought it was an imcompatibility between your plugin and certain fonts…

    Hi,

    Which theme are you using?

    I just released 3.0.0. In which the download mechanism has had a major overhaul. So maybe you could try again?
