One feed not working

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

Based on what you describe it sounds like our plugin might be running into a server configuration limitation such as a maximum allowed CPU/memory usage and/or a maximum allowed execution time.

Did you already check your WooCommerce fatal error logs of today and yesterday for the above errors? This is where you can find the WooCommerce fatal errors: https://woocommerce.com/document/finding-php-error-logs/

Can you share the content of those logs (today and yesterday) with us?

Thanks for the quick reply.

I don’t seem to get any fatal errors for some reason. I only get this from your plugin logs when I try to refresh the feed.

Not seeing any fatal errors. Hope you can help me with this. I guess it does find all the products? But for some reason doesnt show in the XML

Hi,

The logs you pasted are not the WooCommerce fatal error logs but our plugin logs. Did you have a look at the WooCommerce fatal error logs too?

Yes I looked at them, but there were none. No fatal errors. which is strange.

Perhaps you disabled the WooCommerce error logging?

Anyhow I still suggest you try lowering the batch size of the plugin from the default 750 products per batch to a much lower number, lets say 200 products per batch. This is how you can do so: https://adtribes.io/batch-size-configuration-product-feed/

Hope this solves the issue at hand.

No, I do see errors, just not related to the product-feed

I put the batch at a way lower number but it didnt seem to work unfortunatly.

Could it be anything else? Seeing as how it’s just the one feed.

Also, please provide us with the URL of feed that is not updating.

Thanks for sharing. Unfortunately we are getting a 403 error page when opening the debug.log URL so it seems that URL is somehow restricted from being accessed by us. Can you open the debug.log URL and/or share its content with us?

At this moment the new feed seems to work. I think making the batches smaller did seem to work. Thank you for your time!
