One employee for several services: how to block the date?

Hello,
I have one single employee providing several services.
I can not find the way to block the slot of the employee if one of the service is booked.
Example: book service A for employee Alpha on 03/06 from 8am to 9am.
The slot remains available for service B for employee Alpha on 03/06 from 8am to 9am.

How can i manage the slot whatever the services booked?
