One Custom Taxonomy is missing in the "Apply" list

I am seeing a strange issue with the plugin. I have 4 custom taxonomies, but only 3 are visible in the “Apply to Category / Taxonomy” box in the right rail when creating/editing a CFS.
One of the custom taxonomy is missing from the list. Any reason you can think of?
