  • Hello,
    I am hosted with one.com. Ultimate Member will not work on this server for some reason. They told me “register_globals is turned off and mod_security is not supported by our servers.” How can I get Ultimate Member working and what are the server requirements?

    Hi @minkisan,

    Can you please clarify what exactly doesn’t work?
    Try to do a conflict test to rule out other plugins conflicting with Ultimate member.
    Please see our doc on how to do a conflict test. How to do a plugin/theme conflict test?

    Hi,
    Thank you for getting back to me. My host doesn’t allow mod_security. My host has asked my what the server requirements are for the plugin but that is the only information I have from them. The exact same site, with the exact same plugins, worked on a different host that allowed mod_security. There is definitely no conflict with other plugins as it was working when I was hosted elsewhere it is just the issue with mod security that is different.
