yes, you could potentially do that, but you could not use our name “One Click Demo Import” or reference any of our resources. You would also be responsible for any support and maintenance of the importer inside your theme.
The best option for you is to recommend our plugin to your users as part of your theme installation guide or use the TGMPA recommended plugins feature and recommend our One Click Demo Import plugin with it. You should then use our hooks and filters to integrate your theme with our plugin. That’s the best way to use our plugin in your theme.
