    Dear @aunrea,

    Thank you for the topic.

I want to mention, that our Dev Team needs more information for further investigation of the case.

    1. Let us know what version of the Chart plugin you are using (with numbers).
    2. Let us know the PHP version you are using.
    3. Please provide us with an info, of what chart type you have chosen and what data is displayed in it.
    4. Make sure, you are using the latest version of the plugin. If not, please update the plugin to the latest version and check the case that way.
    5. If you are using a Cache plugin, then, please clear all the caches and exclude the link where the given chart is located from the Cache Plugin Settings. After clearing the caches, check the case with either the Incognito mode or another browser/device.

    Looking forward to your response.

    Thank you.

    1. what version of the Chart plugin – 20.0.9
    2. PHP version – 8.1.27
    3. what chart type and what data – Google Sheet, Column Chart (see image below), this is what it looks like in the backend.
    4. latest version – yes
    5. clear all the caches?and?exclude – I had already done that.
    6. Incognito mode?or?another browser/device – I get “There has been a critical error on this website.”

Can you not use the same google sheet in 2 different charts on the same page?

That worked. I didn’t know there was a new update I had to download and manually install.
