One Category isn’t Sorting Posts correctly

Esmi-thank you for letting me know. I changed the link to https://sharlapatrick.com/business_and_money/ but the categories still aren’t sorting properly-what am I missing? Hope you can help!!!

It works fine for me. Remember to press CTRL and F5 simultaneously when viewing an updated page/site. Or try emptying your browser cache. This should ensure that your web browser fetches a fresh copy of the page rather than serving up an out-dated copy from your own cache.
